Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior leadership experience required
  • minimum two years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
  • availability to work varied shifts including weekends
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • ability to communicate verbally
  • ability to use close and distance vision
  • ability to maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
  • compliance with OSHA and local health and safety codes
  • adherence to company safety and security policies

Job Duties

  • Supervise restaurant operations following company policies and applicable laws
  • recruit, interview, and train employees
  • assign and direct work
  • appraise performance
  • reward and discipline employees
  • address complaints and resolve problems
  • coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
  • model professional behavior fostering a warm and hospitable atmosphere
  • assist team members with duties as needed
  • execute corporate and local marketing programs to build sales
  • promote suggestive selling and sales building activities
  • maximize table turnover and sales metrics
  • greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues ensuring 100% guest satisfaction
  • maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety codes, and company policies
  • enforce safe work behaviors for guests and crew
  • monitor daily activities for food quality and cleanliness
  • manage cash control, security procedures, review financial reports and scheduling
  • control food and labor costs through recipe adherence, inventory, and labor scheduling tools
  • perform all other assigned duties
