Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum two years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- availability to work varied shifts including weekends
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to communicate verbally
- ability to use close and distance vision
- ability to maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- compliance with OSHA and local health and safety codes

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant operations following company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior fostering a warm and hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with duties as needed
- execute corporate and local marketing programs to build sales
- promote suggestive selling and sales building activities
- maximize table turnover and sales metrics
- greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues ensuring 100% guest satisfaction
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety codes, and company policies
- enforce safe work behaviors for guests and crew
- monitor daily activities for food quality and cleanliness
- manage cash control, security procedures, review financial reports and scheduling
- control food and labor costs through recipe adherence, inventory, and labor scheduling tools
- perform all other assigned duties
