Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- able to work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- able to travel for work-related functions and training
- completion of all required Raising Cane's company training programs
- able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment requiring physical exertion
- strong communication skills
- self-driven and flexible
- detail-oriented and organized
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum 1 year of restaurant or retail management experience
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technologies

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations according to Raising Cane's standards
- act as manager on duty, including opening and closing the restaurant
- handle cash management and ensure financial accountability
- enforce company policies and operational standards
- lead and direct crewmembers during shifts
- deliver exemplary customer service
- maintain cleanliness and proper facility conditions
