Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of financial management including P&L and inventory control
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
Job Qualifications
- 2-4 years of progressive experience as a manager in a full-service restaurant
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Ability to follow through on tasks
- Chain restaurant experience strongly preferred
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution, increasing profit and enhancing the guest experience
- Promote a teaching and learning environment
- Manage profit and loss, food cost and inventory
- Partner and build relationships with management, colleagues and vendors while demonstrating leadership and integrity and promoting team success
- Motivate others to accomplish goals
- Maintain knowledge of food specifications and execution
