Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of financial management including P&L and inventory control
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards

Job Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of progressive experience as a manager in a full-service restaurant
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Ability to follow through on tasks
  • Chain restaurant experience strongly preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution, increasing profit and enhancing the guest experience
  • Promote a teaching and learning environment
  • Manage profit and loss, food cost and inventory
  • Partner and build relationships with management, colleagues and vendors while demonstrating leadership and integrity and promoting team success
  • Motivate others to accomplish goals
  • Maintain knowledge of food specifications and execution
