Job Requirements

  • minimum of two years of restaurant management experience
  • willingness to work extended hours including holidays and weekends
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • dedication to providing excellent hospitality
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Qualifications

  • two or more years of successful restaurant management experience
  • ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week including five 10-hour shifts
  • availability to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • a caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • valid driver’s license
  • fluency in English

Job Duties

  • lead front- and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth restaurant functioning
  • manage, train, and motivate restaurant staff to provide outstanding guest service
  • oversee daily business activities including scheduling, inventory, and quality control
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
  • collaborate with home office support for operational assistance and resources
  • drive business results through effective team leadership and operational management
