Job Requirements
- minimum of two years of restaurant management experience
- willingness to work extended hours including holidays and weekends
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- lead front- and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth restaurant functioning
- manage, train, and motivate restaurant staff to provide outstanding guest service
- oversee daily business activities including scheduling, inventory, and quality control
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
- collaborate with home office support for operational assistance and resources
- drive business results through effective team leadership and operational management
