Job Requirements

  • valid ServSafe alcohol certification
  • legally required certification prior to beginning work
  • basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • general knowledge in full service restaurant operations and hospitality industry

  • strong operational skills in a customer service and hospitality environment

  • intermediate mathematical computations skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • 2 plus years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast paced environment
  • successfully completed food safety and sanitation training
  • must be 21 years of age or older
