- minimum of two years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferred
- ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends

Job Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance and handle rewards and disciplinary actions
- coach and mentor team members for job success and guest satisfaction
- create a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with job duties when needed
- ensure complete and timely execution of corporate and local marketing programs
- champion sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues to ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company safety policies
- enforce safe work behaviors for a safe environment
- monitor quality food preparation and cleanliness standards
- manage cash controls, security procedures, financial reports, and schedules
- control food and labor costs through recipe adherence, portion control, inventory management, and scheduling
- perform all other duties as assigned
