Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • high school diploma preferred
  • proficiency in POS systems
  • current alcohol and food certifications
  • formal culinary training preferred
  • ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
  • availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends
  • strong knowledge of team leadership and conflict resolution
  • exceptional communication skills
  • ability to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Lead dining room operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • guide and motivate staff to maintain high service standards
  • oversee service flow and collaborate with kitchen to ensure timely food delivery
  • manage team dynamics and resolve conflicts positively
  • maintain compliance with safety and alcohol/food regulations
  • communicate effectively with diverse team members including Spanish speakers
  • coordinate daily operations during open hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
