Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- adhere to state age requirements for alcohol service where applicable
- ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- ability to lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, and use hands for handling tools and controls
- ability to taste, smell, verbally communicate
- ability to use visual skills including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception
- physical ability to access all areas of the restaurant including the sales floor, stock, and registers
- flexible availability including weekends and various shifts
- willingness to follow updated safety and sanitation procedures based on CDC and local guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required

- college or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior creating a warm and hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- assist with building store sales through marketing program execution
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover and sales per guest and per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues ensuring 100% guest satisfaction
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure OSHA, health and safety codes, and company safety policies are met
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor quality food and cleanliness standards
- control day-to-day operations including cash control, financial review, and scheduling
- control food costs through recipe adherence and inventory management
- control labor costs using labor scheduling tools
- perform all other duties as assigned
