  • college degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations
  • at least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions or functions
  • must possess a valid driver's license in good standing

Job Duties

  • support the general manager by coaching the team and creating a fun, inviting work environment where the team feels respected and valued
  • identify 5 star talent and put the right people in the right places at the right time through effective scheduling
  • manage daily operations and staff with support from the general manager or district manager
  • drive sales and profits by focusing on quality food, excellent service, and cleanliness
  • staff, hire, and train team members to ensure high performance
  • promote teamwork and collaboration among staff
  • complete administrative tasks required for the position
