- must possess a valid driver's license in good standing

Job Duties
- support the general manager by coaching the team and creating a fun, inviting work environment where the team feels respected and valued
- identify 5 star talent and put the right people in the right places at the right time through effective scheduling
- manage daily operations and staff with support from the general manager or district manager
- drive sales and profits by focusing on quality food, excellent service, and cleanliness
- staff, hire, and train team members to ensure high performance
- promote teamwork and collaboration among staff
- complete administrative tasks required for the position
