Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive guest and team relationships
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience managing large teams
- Comfortable working in kitchen environments
- Skilled at ordering and inventory management
Job Duties
- Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to ensure excellent service
- Provide effective coaching and feedback to grow team members daily
- Oversee restaurant operations including ordering and inventory management
- Build positive relationships with guests and team members
- Master every station in the restaurant to train and support staff effectively
- Maintain organized, deadline-oriented processes focused on driving results
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and food safety compliance
