Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Ability to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements if applicable

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant staff and daily operations in accordance with company policies
- Recruit, interview, and train employees
- Assign and direct work, appraise performance, and manage rewards and discipline
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Execute corporate and local marketing programs to build store sales
- Champion suggestive selling and sales-building activities
- Maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- Greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations with cost controls and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, and safety regulations
- Enforce safe work practices for guests and crew safety
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash handling, review financial reports, and manage schedules
- Control food and labor costs through recipes, portion control, and scheduling tools
- Perform all other duties as assigned
