- A minimum of two years full service, high volume, casual dining restaurant management experience

Job Duties
- Perform open, mid-day, and closing duties
- conduct daily briefings with the team
- manage all repair and maintenance issues
- oversee the Restaurant Risk Review audit process and implement changes
- manage local restaurant marketing, sales building, and community involvement
- facilitate and participate in continued education programs
- exercise discretion and independent judgment
- ensure 100% compliance with company policies and laws
- make recommendations concerning development, promotion, and disciplinary actions
- make hiring and termination recommendations to General Manager
- cooperate with Team Member Relations and management in investigating inquiries
- ensure safety and sanitation
- monitor food and beverage quality
- conduct quarterly food reviews
- prepare and receive food and beverage orders
- conduct weekly inventories
- monitor and validate daily prep production
- coach, mentor, and discipline hourly team members
- monitor and facilitate team member recognition
- train, coach, and develop team members for Gold Standard service
- manage guest relations and guest recovery
