Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior leadership role experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant industry preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
  • Compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements if applicable
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and use hands effectively
  • Ability to communicate verbally and use vision skills
  • Willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation procedures
  • Commitment to provide a safe environment for employees and guests

Job Qualifications

  • Prior leadership experience required
  • At least 2 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferred
  • College or culinary schooling preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

  • Computer literacy
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Team building capability
  • Basic business math and accounting knowledge
  • Ability to manage multiple projects

Job Duties

  • Supervise staff according to company policies and applicable laws
  • Recruit, interview, and train employees
  • Assign and direct work, appraise performance, reward and discipline employees
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
  • Model professional behavior and create a warm, friendly atmosphere
  • Assist with building store sales and executing marketing programs
  • Meet and greet guests, resolve food quality and service issues
  • Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes
  • Enforce safe work behaviors
  • Monitor daily food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Control cash, review financial reports, manage schedules
  • Manage food and labor costs
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed
