Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership role experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant industry preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements if applicable
- Physical capability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and use hands effectively
- Ability to communicate verbally and use vision skills
- Willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation procedures
- Commitment to provide a safe environment for employees and guests
Job Qualifications

- Prior leadership experience required
- At least 2 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferred
- College or culinary schooling preferred
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Supervise staff according to company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, and train employees
- Assign and direct work, appraise performance, reward and discipline employees
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a warm, friendly atmosphere
- Assist with building store sales and executing marketing programs
- Meet and greet guests, resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor daily food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash, review financial reports, manage schedules
- Manage food and labor costs
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
