Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Flexibility to work a 50-hour work week including all shifts and days
- Must have strong multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and provide excellent customer service
- Must exhibit professionalism, composure, and discretion
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment involving noise and temperature variations
- Must promptly report to work and be reliable
- Must maintain ServSafe certification
- Ability to lift and carry 25-50 pounds
- Must be able to meet the requirements of all subordinate positions
- Ability to use headset technology
- Must possess valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- Minimum one year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- Knowledge of Wendy’s operating systems and supervisory practices
- Proficiency in crew orientation and training programs
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws
- Valid ServSafe certification
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Support the General Manager by coaching the team and fostering a positive work environment
- Manage labor costs by scheduling staff based on projected sales
- Monitor monthly budget and profit and loss statements
- Ensure food quality and customer satisfaction by supervising crew performance
- Conduct crew hiring, training, and development activities
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and follow cleaning procedures
- Manage inventory and safeguard cash, product, and equipment during shifts
