Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Flexibility to work a 50-hour work week including all shifts and days
  • Must have strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and provide excellent customer service
  • Must exhibit professionalism, composure, and discretion
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment involving noise and temperature variations
  • Must promptly report to work and be reliable
  • Must maintain ServSafe certification
  • Ability to lift and carry 25-50 pounds
  • Must be able to meet the requirements of all subordinate positions
  • Ability to use headset technology
  • Must possess valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • Minimum one year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
  • Knowledge of Wendy’s operating systems and supervisory practices
  • Proficiency in crew orientation and training programs
  • Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws
  • Valid ServSafe certification
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Support the General Manager by coaching the team and fostering a positive work environment
  • Manage labor costs by scheduling staff based on projected sales
  • Monitor monthly budget and profit and loss statements
  • Ensure food quality and customer satisfaction by supervising crew performance
  • Conduct crew hiring, training, and development activities
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and follow cleaning procedures
  • Manage inventory and safeguard cash, product, and equipment during shifts
