Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of restaurant management experience
  • Valid food handlers certification
  • Valid alcoholic beverage servers certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant with a scratch kitchen
  • Possession of food handlers certification and alcoholic beverage servers certification
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Comprehensive understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Results-driven with excellent team leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Lead and develop team members through training and mentoring
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation
  • Manage guest satisfaction by addressing feedback and ensuring exceptional service
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels
