Job Requirements
- 3 plus years experience in the restaurant industry
- Prior management experience required
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional organization and leadership skills
- Dependable and reliable
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Reliable means of transportation
- 50 hours work week minimum
- Must be able to work well under pressure

Job Duties
- Manage staff and oversee daily restaurant operations
- Implement and enforce restaurant standards, policies, and procedures
- Create and maintain the best possible guest experience
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
- Handle scheduling and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
