Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- prior leadership experience
- availability to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- good communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to enforce safety and sanitation standards
- basic computer literacy
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant staff in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior creating a warm and hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with duties as needed
- assist in building store sales through execution of marketing programs
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- assist in maintaining efficient operations and appropriate cost controls
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company safety policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor daily activities to maintain quality food and cleanliness standards
- control day-to-day operations including cash control and reviewing financial reports
- manage food costs by following recipes and inventory controls
- control labor costs through effective scheduling
- perform all other duties as assigned
