Job Qualifications

  • responds to guest concerns and complaints professionally and timely
  • ensures management team and crew understand and operate all systems correctly
  • maintains restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service
  • uses training and development programs to enhance employee skills
  • provides timely coaching and feedback
  • directs restaurant operations to meet brand standards
  • enforces sanitary practices and monitors security procedures
  • maintains compliance with employment policies and regulations
  • proactively resolves problems involving customer complaints, employee relations, and facilities issues
