Job Requirements

  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • Possess over 2 years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex fast-paced environment
  • Completed food safety and sanitation training
  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Maintain valid ServSafe alcohol certification and any other legally required certifications before employment
  • Be able to work according to federal employment laws and company policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • More than 2 years full service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Successfully completed food safety and sanitation training
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • General knowledge of full service restaurant operations and hospitality industry
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Strong operational skills in customer service and hospitality
  • Strong coaching skills
  • Intermediate mathematical computation skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to manage changing priorities

Job Duties

  • Manage hospitality aspects of the restaurant
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and positive atmosphere
  • Oversee safety and cleanliness standards
  • Assist in vendor relationship management and payments
  • Support hiring, training, and development of employees
  • Manage performance of hourly staff, emphasizing front-of-house roles
  • Assist in business administration including payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting
