Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or leadership role
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety and workplace safety standards

Job Duties
- Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift
- Review monthly budget and profit and loss statements
- Promote customer satisfaction to build sales
- Manage costs by monitoring crew prep and production procedures
- Track waste levels by monitoring crew position procedures
- Communicate sales and profit problems to General or District Manager
- Assist in executing restaurant sales and profit plans
- Monitor food costs to eliminate waste and theft
- Monitor product quality during shifts and manage crew performance
- Train crew to respond promptly to customer needs and maintain customer courtesy
- Take corrective actions to improve service times
- Train crew to solicit customer feedback
- Establish and communicate daily sales on service goals
- Train crew to maintain cleanliness during shifts and follow cleaning plans
- Direct crew to correct cleaning deficiencies
- Train crew on new products and initial position skills
- Assist in training new managers
- Cross-train crew for efficient shift coverage
- Recognize high-performing crew members
- Ensure crew meets prep and production goals
- Monitor inventory levels and complete physical inventory
- Intake weekly food deliveries
- Maintain security of cash, product, and equipment
- Follow restaurant priorities and plans
- Manage shifts to quality, service, cleanliness standards of 80 percent or better
- Take action on anticipated or identified problems
- Follow Operations manual procedures
- Maintain safe working conditions
- Follow cash control policies
- Report accidents promptly
- Manage shift effectively with established guidelines
- Perform administrative duties
- Write crew schedules
- Comply with company standards for crew benefits
- Follow Preventative Maintenance Program and monitor equipment maintenance
