Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant or food and beverage management experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift heavy objects
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to manage inventory and ordering processes

- Assist with service during high-volume periods
- Manage weekly ordering and monthly inventory
- Ensure compliance with health and liquor regulations
- Support on-course and special events
