Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant or food and beverage management experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift heavy objects
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to manage inventory and ordering processes

Job Qualifications

  • Restaurant or food and beverage management experience required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations
  • Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate front-of-house staff
  • Maintain service, sanitation, and safety standards
  • Assist with service during high-volume periods
  • Manage weekly ordering and monthly inventory
  • Ensure compliance with health and liquor regulations
  • Support on-course and special events
