  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
  • Food Handlers Certification and Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen
  • Food Handlers Certification
  • Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and effective functioning
  • Lead and develop restaurant team members through training and mentorship
  • Ensure adherence to food safety, equipment safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service
  • Drive results through team-oriented leadership and a strong sense of urgency
