Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- at least 2 years of full-service restaurant management experience
- must be 21 years of age or older
- must have successfully completed food safety and sanitation training
- valid ServSafe alcohol certification prior to employment
- ability to obtain other legally required certifications
- willingness to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- strong leadership and coaching capabilities
- proficiency with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
