Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 years experience in the casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma preferred
- Proficiency in pos systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
- Formal culinary training preferred
- Ability to verbally communicate in spanish with the crew
- Availability to work within open hours including evenings holidays weekends
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds

Job Duties
- Lead dining room operations to ensure smooth service flow
- Guide and mentor team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Oversee collaboration between front-of-house and kitchen staff for timely food service
- Manage compliance with safety, alcohol, and food regulations
- Resolve conflicts positively and maintain a harmonious work environment
- Handle administrative duties related to scheduling, inventory, and reporting
- Promote and participate in company community involvement events
