Job Requirements

  • Substantial experience managing high-volume restaurants or bars
  • Proficient in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping and preparation of reports
  • Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out multi-step instructions
  • Ability to deal with quickly changing situations with many variables
  • Ability to mathematically compute proper change, accurately perform checkouts for employees and compute correct bank deposits
  • Successful completion of required training such as food and alcohol service certifications
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English
  • High school diploma
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • ServSafe certification

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants
  • Prior experience managing full-service restaurant concepts
  • Ability to execute high standards in food and beverage quality
  • Exceptional people skills
  • Passionate work ethic
  • Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out multi-step instructions
  • Ability to deal with quickly changing situations with many variables
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English
  • High school diploma
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • ServSafe certification

Job Duties

  • Manage shifts including decision making, scheduling and planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness
  • Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce risk of injury and accidents
  • Provide daily direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues
  • Ensure positive guest experience in all areas and respond to complaints to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
  • Teach, motivate, coach and discipline Twin Peaks Girls and kitchen crew
  • Maintain a fun, playful atmosphere free of intimidation, discrimination, harassment, poor attitude and poor work performance
  • Train and develop hourly employees, providing and documenting regular coaching and evaluation
