Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Supervise restaurant staff in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • recruit, interview, and train employees
  • assign and direct work
  • appraise performance and administer rewards or discipline
  • address complaints and resolve problems
  • coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
  • model professional behavior and foster a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
  • occasionally assist with team members' duties
  • execute corporate and local marketing programs to build sales
  • champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • maximize table turnover and sales per guest
  • meet and greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
  • maintain efficient operations including cost control and profit management
  • ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
  • enforce safe work behaviors
  • monitor daily food quality and cleanliness standards
  • control cash handling, review financial reports, and take necessary actions
  • control food costs by adhering to recipes and inventory management
  • control labor costs through effective scheduling
  • perform other assigned duties as needed
