Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant staff in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance and administer rewards or discipline
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and foster a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- occasionally assist with team members' duties
- execute corporate and local marketing programs to build sales
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations including cost control and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor daily food quality and cleanliness standards
- control cash handling, review financial reports, and take necessary actions
- control food costs by adhering to recipes and inventory management
- control labor costs through effective scheduling
- perform other assigned duties as needed
