Job Requirements
- Food handler card or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in restaurant management software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a restaurant general manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent financial management abilities including profit and loss responsibility
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and certification requirements
- Ability to develop and motivate staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, and customer service
- Hire, train, and develop Assistant Managers, Shift Leads, and other employees
- Oversee and maintain compliance with health and safety standards including food handling certifications
- Monitor and achieve financial targets, managing profit and loss responsibilities
- Ensure the execution of company mission, vision, values, and El Super standards
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement plans
- Collaborate with District Manager and Director of Operations for strategic planning and operational improvements
