Job Requirements

  • Food handler card or equivalent certification
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a restaurant general manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent financial management abilities including profit and loss responsibility
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and certification requirements
  • Ability to develop and motivate staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, and customer service
  • Hire, train, and develop Assistant Managers, Shift Leads, and other employees
  • Oversee and maintain compliance with health and safety standards including food handling certifications
  • Monitor and achieve financial targets, managing profit and loss responsibilities
  • Ensure the execution of company mission, vision, values, and El Super standards
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement plans
  • Collaborate with District Manager and Director of Operations for strategic planning and operational improvements
