Job Requirements

  • Must be able to fluently speak/read English
  • possess math and writing skills
  • have experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles
  • demonstrate guest focus and passion for results
  • capable of problem solving and decision making
  • able to build effective teams
  • be physically and mentally capable of operating standard restaurant equipment
  • able to lift 30 to 50 pounds and perform motions involving pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists

  • Food service industry experience
  • valid Food Safety and Serve Safe certification
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage financial aspects of store operations
  • experience in recruitment and team development
  • ability to operate restaurant equipment
  • basic math and writing skills
  • fluency in English
  • ability to work independently and make decisions

Job Duties

  • Lead operational excellence
  • maintain keen focus on 100% guest satisfaction
  • oversee training and development of team members
  • achieve financial goals such as sales projections and expense control
  • utilize effective communication and coaching skills
  • manage purchasing, scheduling, sales, training, and facility maintenance
  • provide leadership, direction, and motivation to the store team
  • counsel, discipline, promote, or terminate store employees as needed
