Job Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the food and beverage industry, restaurant, or private club setting
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and potentially dusty or fume-filled environments
  • Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required
  • Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Effective communication skills with sufficient visual acuity
  • Availability to work additional hours including weekends and holidays as needed

Job Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage, restaurant, or private club settings
  • Preferred certifications include Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service Certification, STAR Trainer Certification, TABC Certification, and CPR Certification
  • Completion of food and beverage online training modules
  • Strong experience handling confidential member and employee data
  • Proficient computer skills including spreadsheet software
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain Invited service standards at high levels
  • Provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests
  • Ensure member/guest orders are accurately executed and delivered promptly
  • Supervise service staff to ensure consistent and high-quality service execution
  • Monitor the reservation book for shift functions, special notes, and room setups
  • Oversee room setups and ensure cleanliness and readiness for service
  • Complete opening and closing procedures for meal shifts
  • Ensure daily side work and assignments are completed
  • Assist in training and developing service staff
  • Participate in and lead staff meetings and training sessions
  • Maintain knowledge of the a la carte menu and beverage offerings
  • Record necessary information in the log to pass on to the next shift
  • Communicate updates and special instructions to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist others and take on additional tasks as assigned
  • Follow company policies and enforce standards
  • Promote safe working practices and compliance
  • Take initiative in personal and professional growth
  • Address and resolve operational challenges collaboratively
  • Support team efficiency and club goals
