Job Duties
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations within the restaurant and support service across multiple outlets as needed
- Lead by example on the floor, embodying refined, gracious hospitality during service
- Train, mentor, and support staff to uphold luxury service standards and detailed steps of service
- Partner with the GM, AGM, and culinary leadership to align service with Marcel's fine dining vision
- Maintain guest relations with professionalism, handling concerns with discretion and solution-oriented leadership
- Support financial performance through cost control, purchasing, and scheduling
- Assist with private, semi-private, and hosted dining activations in collaboration with the events team
- Ensure all safety, sanitation, and ServSafe standards are consistently maintained
