Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience
- minimum 2 years in family, fast-food or casual dining restaurant preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- available to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to bend, stoop, reach, and use hands dexterously
- ability to taste and smell
- ability to verbally communicate effectively
- ability to see with close vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and adjust focus
- able to access all restaurant areas
- comply with CDC and local safety guidelines
- willingness to follow safe work behavior protocols
- eligible to serve alcohol according to state law
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and laws

- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company safety policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor daily activities for quality food and cleanliness standards
- control day-to-day operations including cash control and security procedures
- review financial reports and schedules and take appropriate actions
- control food costs through recipes, portion control, and inventory management
- control labor costs by monitoring schedules and sales performance
- perform all other duties as assigned
