Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in high-volume restaurant management
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations
  • Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Experience using HotSchedules or similar scheduling software
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work during holidays, weekends, and nights
  • Bilingual preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of high-volume restaurant management experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and liquor standards
  • Experience with restaurant management software such as POS and HotSchedules
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, weekends, and nights
  • Bilingual (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Coordinate daily Front of House, Pickleball, and Back of House operations
  • Supervise managers and control operational costs while identifying areas to cut waste
  • Hire and terminate team members in collaboration with department managers
  • Promote continuous growth among employees by training them on proper customer service techniques
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards as well as state and federal food and alcohol guidelines
  • Manage restaurant's brand, actively respond to customer complaints, and implement policies for positive operational change
  • Encourage continuous skill development through training programs and online courses
  • Participate actively in the dynamic environment, maintaining high activity levels daily
