Job Requirements

  • Must meet all physical requirements for Assistant Coach, Shift Leader, Kitchen Lead, and Team Member roles
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
  • Experience managing and developing at least 6 team members per shift
  • Valid Food Handler or ServSafe certification
  • Availability to work at least 30 hours per week
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a fast casual restaurant environment
  • Hands-on experience with local, organic, and sustainable products
  • Familiarity with tech tools and systems used in operations and scheduling
  • Strong problem-solving skills and confident decision-making ability under pressure
  • Excellent communication and team mentoring skills
  • Highly organized multitasking abilities
  • Experience overseeing scheduling, coaching, and performance review processes
  • Completion of Food Handler or ServSafe certification

Job Duties

  • Partner with the Head Coach on hiring, onboarding, and training team members
  • Foster a culture of trust and recognition
  • Adjust team deployment to support smooth operations
  • Provide hands-on coaching and step in during peak times or staffing gaps
  • Uphold high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance
  • Inspect food quality, check temperatures, and ensure compliance
  • Resolve facility, supply, and quality issues promptly
  • Ensure team member safety and strong audit performance
  • Uphold SWEET standards and act on guest experience metrics
  • Make timely business decisions to deliver fast, accurate, and memorable in-store and digital experiences
  • Manage controllable costs and execute staffing schedules
  • Support sales growth and implement strategic plans using operational data
  • Support daily operations and troubleshoot system issues
  • Perform all essential functions of Shift Leader, Kitchen Lead, and Team Member roles as needed
