Unlike positions directly under Del Taco LLC, the successful candidate will be employed by the independent franchisee who holds full responsibility for all employment-related matters such as hiring, wages, supervision, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years experience in QSR or full-service concept
- ServSafe certified
- fluent in English
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- excellent organizational and analytical skills
- ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- valid driver’s license
- proof of vehicle insurance
- ability to travel including overnight as required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Staff the store with quality people
- recruit, hire, and retain restaurant employees
- ensure team certification according to training processes

- maintain facility and customer areas

- adhere to cleaning schedules
- ensure employees wear proper uniforms
- maintain consistent service experience
- ensure approved POP and signage placement
- identify and communicate sales goals
- align staffing to sales projections
- increase customer count and check average
- implement local store marketing opportunities

- execute speed and service standards
- execute marketing promotions flawlessly
- comply with labor laws
- manage inventory accurately to reduce waste and prevent theft
