Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 plus years of successful restaurant management experience
- at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience preferred
- ability to work 50 hours a week including holidays and weekends
- valid driver’s license
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to lead and motivate a team under pressure

- Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations

- lead and motivate the team through busy shifts
- handle scheduling and labor management efficiently
