Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 plus years of successful restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience preferred
  • ability to work 50 hours a week including holidays and weekends
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to lead and motivate a team under pressure

  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional service
  • manage inventory and control costs effectively
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • maintain high standards of guest hospitality and satisfaction
  • lead and motivate the team through busy shifts
  • handle scheduling and labor management efficiently
