Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly during busy shifts
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and carry trays up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to reach high shelves (6 feet) and bend to lower levels (2.5 to 3 feet)
  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience in foodservice
  • Completion of required training and certifications

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferably in the foodservice industry
  • High school diploma required, some college or degree is a plus
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and vendors
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to complete University of Perkins training and achieve ServSafe certification

Job Duties

  • Support leadership in daily operations to ensure smooth restaurant functioning
  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding guest satisfaction and resolving issues
  • Recruit, train, and develop a motivated and productive team
  • Oversee inventory management, food safety, and quality control
  • Assist with financial management including payroll, cash handling, and budgeting
  • Organize staffing and scheduling to meet guest demand efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain sanitation standards
