Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly during busy shifts
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and carry trays up to 20 pounds
- Ability to reach high shelves (6 feet) and bend to lower levels (2.5 to 3 feet)
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years supervisory experience in foodservice
- Completion of required training and certifications
Job Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferably in the foodservice industry
- High school diploma required, some college or degree is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and vendors
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to complete University of Perkins training and achieve ServSafe certification
Job Duties
- Support leadership in daily operations to ensure smooth restaurant functioning
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding guest satisfaction and resolving issues
- Recruit, train, and develop a motivated and productive team
- Oversee inventory management, food safety, and quality control
- Assist with financial management including payroll, cash handling, and budgeting
- Organize staffing and scheduling to meet guest demand efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain sanitation standards
