Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 1 year of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience

  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of ordering and inventory control

Job Duties

  • lead a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • coach and provide effective feedback to team members
  • manage daily restaurant operations including ordering and inventory
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • master every position in the restaurant for effective staff training
  • build and maintain strong relationships with guests and team members
  • organize and drive results to meet deadlines and operational goals
