Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 2 years management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants
  • Experience managing food planning, purchasing, sanitation, security, personnel management, recordkeeping, and reporting
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to multi-step instructions
  • Ability to manage quickly changing situations
  • Ability to perform mathematical computations such as change making, checkouts, and bank deposits
  • Successful completion of food and alcohol service certifications
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of MSWord and Excel
  • ServSafe certification

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to perform basic mathematical computations relevant to the job
  • Successful completion of required training such as food and alcohol service certifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Spanish communication skills helpful
  • Knowledge of MSWord and Excel
  • ServSafe certification

Job Duties

  • Manage shifts including decision making, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness
  • Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce risk of injury and accidents
  • Provide daily direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues
  • Ensure positive guest experience and respond to complaints to turn dissatisfied guests into return visitors
  • Teach, motivate, coach, and discipline staff while maintaining a fun and respectful atmosphere
  • Train and develop hourly employees, document coaching and evaluations
  • Recruit staff who meet Twin Peaks image and costume standards
  • Hire, supervise, counsel, and train hourly employees
  • Maintain organized training schedules and create weekly shift schedules
  • Handle all issues of alleged discrimination or harassment in accordance with policies
  • Complete accident and incident reports promptly
  • Ensure all financial and administrative duties are completed accurately and on time
  • Estimate and control food and beverage costs
  • Order supplies and schedule deliveries
  • Dress and act professionally daily
  • Enforce company service and cleanliness standards
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality food preparation and service
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and appearance standards
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service and legal compliance
  • Dedicate efforts to making Twin Peaks the best restaurant of its class
