Job Requirements

  • ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily

  • ability to provide supervisory practices
  • ability to complete corporate training programs such as crew positional training, Wendy's Management Institute and food safety training
  • strong leadership skills

  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • previous management or supervisory experience in the restaurant industry preferred
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • ability to learn and apply standard operating procedures
  • completion of recommended corporate training programs
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • assist the general manager in managing daily operations
  • participate in achieving store objectives
  • assist in interviewing, recommending, selecting and training shift supervisors and crew members
  • create and maintain an environment and culture of effective communication and team engagement
  • provide excellent customer service at all times
  • participate in corporate training programs including crew positional training, management institute and food safety
  • implement and uphold Wendy's standard operating procedures, policies and human resources practices
