Job Requirements

- previous management or supervisory experience in the restaurant industry preferred

Job Duties
- assist the general manager in managing daily operations
- participate in achieving store objectives
- assist in interviewing, recommending, selecting and training shift supervisors and crew members
- create and maintain an environment and culture of effective communication and team engagement
- provide excellent customer service at all times
- participate in corporate training programs including crew positional training, management institute and food safety
- implement and uphold Wendy's standard operating procedures, policies and human resources practices
