Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience
  • ability and willingness to work 50 hours per week including five 10-hour shifts
  • availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • valid driver’s license
  • fluent in English

Job Duties

  • manage restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house
  • lead and develop team members to provide excellent guest service
  • ensure restaurant cleanliness and safety compliance
  • oversee inventory and ordering processes
  • handle scheduling and labor management
  • resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • collaborate with home office support for operational success
