Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to quickly learn and train others on Wendy's systems like WeLearn and employee development programs
- Must be able to stand for long periods without breaks
- Ability to perform all restaurant operational functions
- Physical stamina to handle lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling and stooping
- Ability to multitask while maintaining composure and good judgment
- Must demonstrate professionalism, composure, and discretion in customer interactions
- Flexibility to work a 50-hour work week including all shifts and days
- Availability for prompt and regular attendance
- Must have and maintain ServSafe certification
- General knowledge of state and federal employment laws
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be capable of conducting physical inspections of all restaurant areas
- Ability to work in environments with varying noise levels and temperatures
- Position requires headset use during shifts

- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- One year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures

Job Duties
- Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales
- Review monthly budget and profit and loss statements
- Build sales by promoting customer satisfaction
- Monitor crew prep, production, and procedures execution
- Track waste levels and monitor crew position procedures
- Communicate sales and profit issues to General Manager or District Manager
- Assist in executing restaurant sales and profit plans
- Monitor food costs to eliminate waste and theft
- Process crew applications and set up interviews
- Interview and hire crew to ensure coverage
- Monitor crew turnover rate and causes
- Make recommendations to management about staffing
- Monitor product quality during shifts and through customer interaction
- Manage crew performance and provide feedback
- Take service times and evaluate efficiency
- Train crew on customer service and courtesy
- Take corrective actions to improve service times
- Train crew to solicit customer feedback
- Communicate daily sales and service goals
- Train crew on maintaining cleanliness
- Follow restaurant cleaning plan
- Direct crew to correct cleaning deficiencies
- Train crew on new products and processes
- Assist in training new managers
- Cross-train crew for shift coverage
