Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years experience in quick service or full service restaurant industry
- ServSafe certification
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Ability to travel occasionally including overnight
- Ability to work in office and restaurant environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and bend as required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Fully staff the store with quality people
- Recruit, hire, and retain restaurant employees
- Ensure all team members are certified according to current training
- Create a service oriented culture and promote teamwork
- Evaluate performance and recommend salary increases
- Administer disciplinary actions including suspension and termination
- Develop and grow team members and future managers
- Execute Del Taco standards using processes and systems 100% of the time
- Maintain the facility and customer areas
- Maintain equipment to operational and safety standards
- Deliver quality products to Del Taco standards every time
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and standards
- Ensure employees are in proper uniform
- Maintain consistent service experience
- Ensure POP and signage is present and approved
- Identify and communicate sales goals
- Ensure staffing matches projected and actual sales
- Increase customer count and check average
- Identify and execute local marketing opportunities
- Stay aware of local events and competition
- Execute speed and service standards
- Flawlessly execute marketing promotions
- Maintain staffing levels according to sales
- Comply with labor laws
- Order and manage inventory to reduce waste and prevent theft
- Ensure cash handling procedures are followed
- Perform cash audits and resolve issues
- Execute safety and health standards
- Manage service vendors efficiently
- Achieve and communicate controllable cost targets
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
