Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • at least 2 years management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants
  • ability to motivate staff and maintain a fun, professional atmosphere
  • proficiency in restaurant functions including food planning, purchasing, sanitation, security, personnel management, and recordkeeping
  • ability to handle rapidly changing situations
  • strong mathematical ability for cash handling and bank deposits
  • successful completion of required training including food and alcohol service certifications
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Spanish skills beneficial

  • proficient in food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation
  • ability to apply common sense and handle multi-step instructions

  • knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • ServSafe certification

Job Duties

  • Manage shifts which includes decision making, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness
  • ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents
  • provide daily direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues
  • ensure positive guest experience and respond to complaints to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
  • investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service
  • effectively teach, motivate, coach, and discipline Twin Peaks Girls and kitchen crew
  • maintain a fun, playful atmosphere free of intimidation, discrimination, harassment, poor attitude, and poor work performance
