Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- at least 2 years management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants
- ability to motivate staff and maintain a fun, professional atmosphere
- proficiency in restaurant functions including food planning, purchasing, sanitation, security, personnel management, and recordkeeping
- ability to handle rapidly changing situations
- strong mathematical ability for cash handling and bank deposits
- successful completion of required training including food and alcohol service certifications
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- Spanish skills beneficial

Job Duties
- Manage shifts which includes decision making, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness
- ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents
- provide daily direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues
- ensure positive guest experience and respond to complaints to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
- investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service
- effectively teach, motivate, coach, and discipline Twin Peaks Girls and kitchen crew
- maintain a fun, playful atmosphere free of intimidation, discrimination, harassment, poor attitude, and poor work performance
