Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants
  • Ability to manage food planning, purchasing, sanitation, security, personnel, and recordkeeping
  • Ability to handle quickly changing situations
  • Mathematical proficiency for handling cash and payroll
  • Completion of required food and alcohol service training
  • Effective English communication skills
  • High school diploma
  • Proficiency with office software
  • ServSafe certification

Job Qualifications

  • Prior management experience in full-service, high-volume restaurants
  • Knowledge of food and beverage quality standards
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Passionate work ethic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • ServSafe certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out multi-step instructions

Job Duties

  • Manage shifts including decision making, scheduling, and planning while upholding quality standards
  • Ensure a safe working and guest environment
  • Provide daily direction to employees on operational and procedural issues
  • Resolve guest complaints to maintain positive experiences
  • Teach, motivate, coach, and discipline staff
  • Train and develop hourly employees with regular coaching and evaluations
  • Recruit staff that meet company image and standards
