Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants
- Prior management experience in full-service restaurant concepts
- Ability to execute high standards in food and beverage quality
- Exceptional people skills
- Passionate work ethic
- Ability to motivate staff and maintain a playful atmosphere
- Good handle on profit and loss and inventory control
- Must attend and complete all required training
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Willingness to work night and day shifts
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
- Must successfully complete food and alcohol service certifications
- Knowledge of office software like MSWord, Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Must have substantial experience managing high-volume restaurants or bars
- Proficient in food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, policies, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation
- Ability to apply common-sense understanding to multi-step instructions
- Ability to handle quickly changing situations
- Ability to compute change, perform employee checkouts, and compute bank deposits
- Completion of required training including food and alcohol service certifications
- Effective communication skills in English
- Knowledge of MSWord and Excel
- ServSafe certification required
Job Duties
- Manage shifts including decision making, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality, and cleanliness
- Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents
- Provide daily direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues
- Ensure positive guest experience and respond to complaints to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
- Teach, motivate, coach, and discipline staff maintaining a fun, playful atmosphere
- Train and develop hourly employees, provide and document coaching and evaluation
- Recruit employees who meet Twin Peaks Image and Costume Standards to maintain the Brand Promise
- Hire, supervise, counsel, and train hourly employees with proper documentation
- Maintain training schedules, create daily shift schedules according to company policy
- Handle issues of discrimination or harassment in accordance with company policy and legal guidelines
- Complete accident or incident reports promptly
- Ensure financial, payroll, and administrative duties are completed accurately and on time
- Estimate food and beverage costs, supervise portion control, inventory, and ordering
- Maintain professional appearance and enforce company standards and sanitation practices
- Ensure consistent, high-quality food preparation and service
- Enforce responsible alcohol service according to law
- Dedicate to making Twin Peaks the best restaurant of its class
