Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in high-volume full-service restaurants
- ServSafe certification required
- Proficiency in food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage schedules, payroll, and financial reporting
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Commitment to uphold company policies and standards
- Ability to complete training programs and certifications
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma
- At least 2 years of management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants
- Proficiency in food planning, purchasing, sanitation, security, personnel management, recordkeeping, and reporting
- Ability to apply common-sense understanding to follow complex instructions
- Strong communication skills in English, Spanish skills are a plus
- ServSafe certification required
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Ability to handle fast-changing environments and multiple variables
Job Duties
- Manage shifts including decision making, scheduling, planning while upholding standards and product quality
- Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce risk of injury and accidents
- Provide daily direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues
- Ensure positive guest experience in all areas and respond effectively to complaints
- Teach, motivate, coach, and discipline Twin Peaks team members
- Maintain a fun, playful atmosphere free from harassment and poor attitudes
- Train and develop employees including coaching and evaluations
- Ensure adherence to Steps of Service and motivate front-of-house staff
- Hold kitchen staff accountable to cleanliness and cooking standards
- Proactively recruit staff that meet brand image and costume standards
- Hire, supervise, counsel, and train hourly employees
- Maintain updated training schedules and programs
- Create shift schedules in accordance with company policies
- Handle discrimination or harassment issues properly as per policy
- Complete accident or incident reports promptly
- Oversee financial tasks including invoices, reporting, and payroll
- Estimate food and beverage costs and manage ordering and inventory
- Dress and act professionally to set an example
- Enforce sanitation and food handling standards
- Ensure consistent high-quality food preparation and service
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and appearance standards
- Ensure responsible alcohol service
- Dedicate efforts to make Twin Peaks the leading restaurant of its class
