Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience in high-volume full-service restaurants
  • ServSafe certification required
  • Proficiency in food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage schedules, payroll, and financial reporting
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Commitment to uphold company policies and standards
  • Ability to complete training programs and certifications
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of high school diploma
  • At least 2 years of management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants
  • Proficiency in food planning, purchasing, sanitation, security, personnel management, recordkeeping, and reporting
  • Ability to apply common-sense understanding to follow complex instructions
  • Strong communication skills in English, Spanish skills are a plus
  • ServSafe certification required
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to handle fast-changing environments and multiple variables

Job Duties

  • Manage shifts including decision making, scheduling, planning while upholding standards and product quality
  • Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce risk of injury and accidents
  • Provide daily direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues
  • Ensure positive guest experience in all areas and respond effectively to complaints
  • Teach, motivate, coach, and discipline Twin Peaks team members
  • Maintain a fun, playful atmosphere free from harassment and poor attitudes
  • Train and develop employees including coaching and evaluations
  • Ensure adherence to Steps of Service and motivate front-of-house staff
  • Hold kitchen staff accountable to cleanliness and cooking standards
  • Proactively recruit staff that meet brand image and costume standards
  • Hire, supervise, counsel, and train hourly employees
  • Maintain updated training schedules and programs
  • Create shift schedules in accordance with company policies
  • Handle discrimination or harassment issues properly as per policy
  • Complete accident or incident reports promptly
  • Oversee financial tasks including invoices, reporting, and payroll
  • Estimate food and beverage costs and manage ordering and inventory
  • Dress and act professionally to set an example
  • Enforce sanitation and food handling standards
  • Ensure consistent high-quality food preparation and service
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and appearance standards
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service
  • Dedicate efforts to make Twin Peaks the leading restaurant of its class
