- High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- minimum of one year restaurant or hospitality experience required
- successful completion of corporate training program required
- strong communication skills
- ability to resolve conflict and provide mentorship to hourly team members
- ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends
