Job Requirements
- Must have substantial experience managing high-volume restaurants and/or bars
- Ability to mathematically compute proper change, perform employee checkouts, and compute correct bank deposits
- Must successfully complete required training including food and alcohol service certifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- High school diploma required
- Knowledge of office software such as MS Word, Excel
- ServSafe certification required
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours, walk, use hands and fingers, talk or hear
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work night and day shifts, preferred
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and adhere to company standards
- Comply with all sanitary, safety, and legal regulations in food handling and service
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant settings
- Prior management experience in full-service restaurant concepts
- Ability to execute high standards in food and beverage quality
- Exceptional people skills
- Passionate work ethic
- Proficient in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation
- Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out multi-step instructions
- Ability to deal with quickly changing situations with many variables
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Knowledge of office software including MS Word and Excel
- ServSafe certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Manage shifts including decision making, scheduling, and planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness
- Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce risk of injury and accidents
- Provide daily direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues
- Ensure positive guest experience and respond to complaints to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
- Effectively teach, motivate, coach, and discipline staff
- Train and develop hourly employees and document regular coaching and evaluation
- Proactively recruit staff who meet Twin Peaks image and costume standards
