Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years prior restaurant experience preferred
  • prior leadership role experience required
  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • ability to use hands for handling tools and objects
  • ability to bend, stoop, and physically perform job duties
  • compliance with local state alcohol serving laws if applicable
  • willingness to adhere to company safety and sanitation policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior leadership experience required
  • minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
  • assigning and directing work
  • appraising performance
  • rewarding and disciplining employees
  • addressing complaints and resolving problems
  • coaching and mentoring team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
  • modeling professional behavior creating a warm and hospitable atmosphere
  • assisting team members with job duties as needed
  • executing corporate and local marketing programs to build sales
  • championing sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • maximizing table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • meeting and greeting guests and resolving food quality/service issues
  • maintaining efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • ensuring OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies are met
  • enforcing safe work behaviors for guests and crew
  • monitoring food quality and cleanliness standards
  • controlling daily operations including cash control and financial reports
  • managing food costs through recipes, portion control, and inventory
  • controlling labor costs by monitoring schedules and sales using scheduling tools
  • performing all other duties as assigned
