Job Requirements
- At least 2 years management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants
- Must manage shifts including decision making, scheduling, and planning
- Must ensure safe working environment and guest safety
- Must be able to motivate, discipline, and lead staff
- Must handle guest complaints and resolve issues proactively
- Ability to manage financial duties including payroll, inventory, and cost control
- Completion of local and state regulations training
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- High school diploma required
- Knowledge of office software including MS Word and Excel
- ServSafe certification required

- Effective communication skills in English, Spanish helpful
- High school diploma
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- ServSafe certification
- Completion of required food and alcohol service training
Job Duties
- Manage shifts including decision making, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness
- Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce risks of injury and accidents
- Provide daily direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues
- Ensure positive guest experiences and respond to complaints appropriately
- Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service
- Teach, motivate, coach, and discipline Twin Peaks Girls and kitchen crew
- Maintain a fun, playful atmosphere free of intimidation and discrimination
- Train and develop hourly employees, providing and documenting coaching and evaluation
- Ensure Steps of Service are followed and motivate front of house staff to entertain and provide PEAKS service
- Hold kitchen staff accountable for sanitation standards and cooking absolutes
- Recruit Twin Peaks Girls who meet image and costume standards
- Hire, supervise, counsel, and train hourly employees with documentation
- Maintain training schedules and programs
- Create weekly shift schedules
- Handle discrimination or harassment issues per policy
- Complete accident/incident reports promptly
- Ensure financial, payroll, and reporting duties are accurate and timely
- Estimate food and beverage costs, manage purchasing and provisioning
- Supervise portion control and minimize waste
- Ensure professional dress and behavior
- Adhere to company standards to increase sales and minimize costs
- Enforce sanitary practices and legal compliance
- Maintain high-quality food preparation and service
- Ensure alcohol is served responsibly
- Promote Twin Peaks as the best restaurant of its class
